Second Grade Portfolios- A Day with No Crayons

In the book, A Day with No Crayons, a young girl is distraught when her mother takes away her beloved crayons for an entire day for drawing on the walls, but then is amazed when she discovers that art can be found all around you, not just in your crayon bucket.

Second graders created the word ART in crayons on their portfolios and then collaged magazine pictures of all the things that they thought could also be a work of art.
